In this discussion, we are going to verify trig identities using the cofunction trig identities, as well as other trig identities that we proved in previous discussions.

In our example, we have

[tan(pi/2-x)csc(-x)]/csc^2x = -cosx

We want to show that the left hand side of the equation is equal to the right hand side.

Be begin with the left hand side and slowly manipulate it until it looks like the right hand side…
